When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

First add the items to your cart you wish to find shipping costs for, then locate the shopping basket in one of the side columns of the online store. In this box you will see a link to "calculate shipping". From this page you can enter your country and postcode to calculate the shipping cost on the items in your cart. Each of these shipping options will have a recommended time frame for delivery displayed. You can then decide whether to proceed and complete the purchase.

Do you ship to my country?

To find out if we ship to your country, first fill your shopping basket and locate the shopping cart basket on the side column of this site. Within this shopping basket there is a link called "calculate shipping". Once you click on this link there is a drop down list of countries to choose from, if your country is listed then our online store will ship to you.

How much is shipping?

If your order is over $80 then your order will be SHIPPED FREE to anywhere in Australia. If your order is under $80 then you will be charged a E-Parcel Regular Post shipping fee.

How is my order shipped?

www.hiking.com.au proudly use Australia Post E-Parcel for all our deliveries.

All Australia Post E-Parcel  orders will have a tracking number with Shipping Confirmation email from Australia Post and www.hiking.com.au .

How long will it take to arrive?

Note - All Australia post deliveries are despatched each day at 1.00pm without delay.All orders after 1.00pm will be shipped the following Business day.
If any item falls out of stock that you purchase the item will take an extra 3-4 days longer to ship to you, but you will be notified with a phone call and or email.

   All Express shipping is subject to the weight of each individual item.

All International shipping will go by air with TNT Airfreight and will be with you in 4-10 working Days


Kayak and Canoe Important Shipping Information -
Please select a shipping destination from the drop-down menu above.  Current shipping options are as follows :-

East Coast Delivery Option - $150 - Delivery from Sydney that extends as far South as Melbourne and as far north as the Gold Coast.  Regional areas aren’t serviced by this delivery, but are welcome to meet the driver along the main road to pick up a boat.  If the customer is in Melbourne, Brisbane, or Gold Coast, the driver will usually deliver to the person’s door.  Otherwise, a boat would be held at their warehouse for collection at a convenient time.

Adelaide Delivery Option - $200 - Delivery from Sydney to Adelaide.  Delivery may be available door to door, otherwise a boat would be held at the couriers warehouse for collection at a convenient time.

Hobart, Tasmania Delivery Option - $150 - Delivery from Sydney to Hobart, Tasmania.  Delivery may be available door to door, otherwise a boat would be held at the couriers warehouse for collection at a convenient time.
